Patient Testimonials

My mom was referred here, very hesitant we wasn't sure if this was something we wanted to start over again. All the other doctors kept telling us it was just her thoughts and that nothing was wrong. Upon arriving to this office , the staff was very polite and helpful. The office was very well organized, and smelled very good. We were put into a room very quickly. Dr. Soriano came in not long after, introduced himself, was very polite and had the most respectful bed side manners. He immediately took action and was on top of everything. Ordering imaging and discussing what options my mom had. We felt very welcomed in his office. I would highly recommend that if your wanting that second opinion, or even just looking for a new Dr to control your pain, go see Dr. Soriano!

My experience was wonderful. Mr. Soriano was very Nice and knowledgeable about what was happening to my hand. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and understanding of all my questions and concerns, Especially Tiffany. I Highly recommend if you're having any spine or nerve pain.

I am disappointed. I was looking forward to being able to come here to hopefully find relief for my issue. Meanwhile I was scheduled for a 3:30 pm appointment on a Friday and they close at 3 pm. Rest of week days say 4 pm. Appointment was confirmed 5 days prior. Time stamped in an email was sent with confirmation of appt. I tried to leave messages as well as even the day of when they were still open on my way, stating I was confused because the appt time is when they close. No call back. I was called back today stating I was a no call no show. They can no longer re schedule me. So if I want to come back I can pay both no call no show fees $50 each and maybe can be rescheduled. That's not even a guarantee. I'm not really feeling I am at fault for the 2nd no call no show. It feels senseless to me and it's not my doing for being scheduled the wrong time on this appt. It almost feels a little diliberate knowing obviously I can't make an appt time when they're closed. It's Easy to come back with someone arguing no call no show, instead of saying hey we made a mistake let's correct this. That's not what happened. I get blamed for it. I don't feel this is the right thing to do in this case. It makes me feel I am not wanted here as a patient or maybe it's my insurance they dislike. It doesn't make it right to treat someone differently over one no show that isn't my fault it certainly was not a no call. I called numerous times and left a few vm. I have proof of. No disrespect to anyone I had high hope for here..If you don't want someone here just decline saying we're not taking new patients at this time, why put someone through that and instead of correcting a mistake I get blamed for it and completely disregarded.
