Dr. Brown has been caring for me for over 6 years. The staff in the office and medical nurses have always been really polite. Sometimes you may wait a little long but in the end it's totally worth it.

Dr Brown and his staff are amazing! I've been seeing Dr Brown for a few years now. He has helped me so much and I am very pleased with his bedside manor. He listens to my pain. He implanted a Nevro stimulator and injections, which have helped me. Crischelle and his PA staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr Brown and his staff

Dr Brown may very well be the best Dr on Long Island, I'll never know. But I really need to share this with you so it doesn't happen to another person . I was in excruciating pain and my Dr made some calls to get me into a pain management for a epidural, he spoke with Dr Brown texted my insurance card and later that day Sharon from his office called me , this was Friday she booked me for the following week , I needed cardiac clearance which I obtained was went off my blood thinner , I needed to be off of it 5 days per my cardio, I was off my blood thinner for 3 days in scheduled for Wednesday, Monday afternoon Sharon called me to inform me they were trying to get creditionally with my insurance company and they thought they could get it done in 10 days! She said he would still do the procedure if I wanted to pay privately, 26 years I've worked as a medical professional and never had I heard of this happening to any of my patients! It's really a low thing to do to someone in so much pain. 4 ruptured disc's and bone spurs, they also advised me to go to the Emergency room, I could barely stand. Like I stated I can not comment on the Dr. But I certainly can comment on his staff. This was a terrible thing to do . And his office is a reflection of the way he treats patients. I did go to the ER and they were so kind and supportive and was able to get me a appt with a neuro the next day , who's office by the way did everything for me. I'm scheduled next week. I only hope this never happens to anyone else. I was terrified going off my elliquis I have afib and cardiomyopathy,
