“Let me Begin by saying how much I love this doctor and how much he truly has helped me! This Monday, as in 2 days ago, I called to make an appointment and the receptionist asked me when I would like to come in and I told her the sooner she had available. She said okay I have Wednesday available at 1:30. I said okay great that's perfect! So today I show up at 1:30, fill out my paperwork turn it in and go to the restroom. Once I come out of the restroom one of the ladies tells me your appointment isn't until next Wednesday it's not today..... Ummmmmm, EXCUSE ME?? I said well I called Monday and she asked me when I would like to be seen and I told her the earliest possible and she said Wednesday at 1:30. She didn't ever say anything about next week! EVER! So, a very madly grabbed my things from the lobby and walked out. Now I guess me working in customer service basically my entire life I would have never ever allowed this to happen to a customer! I would have never let them walk out and I would have fit them in because it wasn't even busy! I will let Dr M know and I'll also let him know how unprofessional they were at the front desk, blaring music, singing like they're at a concert. They are not the most professional looking ladies by far but good customer service goes a long way and they are lacking that!”
