“This was my first appointment, and I saw Tiffani Hoefer, PA. I found her to be extremely thorough; she listened very well; she was very friendly and down to earth; and she outlined several different options for my treatment plan. I liked that she wasn't pushy about any of them and allowed me to be able to participate in my care too. I felt the direction she going with me was reasonable, regardless of the particular path we choose. The nurse, Brittney, was equally as thorough and friendly as my provider, and so were the receptionists. I felt very comfortable at this office, and I felt like a person to my provider, the nurse and the receptionist. As for the clinic, itself, parking was adequate and easily accessible. The clinic is Lin a convenient location. Inside, the reception area was neat and clean, although the chairs in the waiting area could've been a bit more comfortable, but the wait time was very brief, so it wasn't really that big of a deal. The rest room was also very neat and clean, as well as the patient rooms. Overall, the first visit left a very good impression and I'd highly recommend this clinic and this provider.”
