“If your in a auto accident DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! I was told by a Debra you can not use Mercy care in a car accident case. They use balance billing which means they bill your insurance they get paid do not care if it was negotiated to a lower rate. They bill you the balance so they can charge you a 1000 for a a visit have a agreement with you insurance which my primary is UMR and they have agreement to pay 200. They will regardless put a lien on your case for the remanding 600. If you where coming in and they did not know it was a car accident they just write it off and you pay your 35 co pay Greed at it best!!!!!! Stay far away from this office. They do not take my secondary because I was told by several billing companies that it would be illegal for them to charge the remaining balance!!! LEARNER AND ROWE SENT ME HERE AVOID ASK TO BE SENT SOME WHERE THAT DOES NOT DO BALANCE BILLING IT IS A SCAM!!!!! Also when asked for billing was put on hold but she needed to do a better job of whispering because I heard her say she asking for you. Was left thier because they where leaving for the day. They never came back to the phone. Who as front desk or MA tells someone it is illegal to bill access for a car accident. I will reach out to UMR and see if thier is anything they can do because per thier contract with them I hope they voided it.”

“Front desk staff was nice and got me an uber to and from because I am unable to drive but the doctor was absolutely awful. He ask me to bend over as far as I could and so I did, I stopped and said it hurts here and then he pushed my shoulders to make me bend over even further and nearly knocking me down. Then on the table ask me to bend my knee and rotate my hip as far as I could and then he push me passed my limits and had me screaming in pain. He then proceeded to tell me that my pain is in my head and I need to get over it and start walking and moving around more, and that it is illegal to prescribe pain medication for back pain. He did not go into detail about my MRI results and was VERY unsympathetic. I would not recommend this doctor to ANYONE. he will hurt you even further!”
