“Very poor service in the regenerative department all over a simple phone call. I got a message from Monty, for someone in regards to starting therapy. I messaged them back asking them not to contact my number due to the person no longer being with the number. I wanted to make sure they got my message, so I called them and a rude and impatient lady answered my call. When I told her the persons name who contacted me she said she didn't know who that was and seemed like she didn't care that I didn't want my number (a new number that I got a week ago) associated with them anymore.
