What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I have actually filed a fraud report on this company. Forcing patients to have unnecessary spinal injections that don't work and falsifying records to say that the patient has successful pain relief with test injections. I filed a complaint with management about a nurse telling me I either get the injection or no more pain medicine despite having MS and Lupus both very painful incurable diseases. No injections, no help. I told them that is extortion. A month later they say my urine showed a different drug in it. Guess what nurse handed me the urine cup? I hope someone finally does something about these places and I certainly hope my insurance company goes after them. This is happening at all pain clinics, this isn't the only one.”

“Your first visit is beautiful the doctors, staff, etc, if you come there more than 2 times, they asking for a procedure done on your injury body! If you don't receive a procedure your pain prescription is cut: all they looking for is money! If you come through alive you better thank G0D: after the first visit you is dead meat: because all they want to do is cut your pills/if you is not doing exactly what they want: are following they orders; I want recommend No one here: after a procedure is done no one will check you/all they want is money and not your state of health:”

“I do not recommend this facility at all. I had a very bad experience. Physicians had no concern about managing a chronic illness, despite being on a weak regimen for pain medicine the doctors acted as if they were God in the flesh and that you should be grateful for the weak medicine they allow you. Constant pressure to accept a more strict regimen, being told that emergency outpatient is no longer an option even if you desperately need it. They assume you are just doctor- shopping despite the fact of living with a chronic illness. If you are admitted to the hospital and prescribed any kind of pain medications when you leave you are not allowed to fill them. No palliative measures. The first day I arrived I spoke to a physician that lied and claimed to be willing to work with my regimen knowing that they had no intention of doing so. Despite having a chronic illness you are pressured to DECREASE your regimen constantly even to the point of being UNDERTREATED. You will not be on a breakthrough medication, and even the strongest medication is still a 10 mg Percocet. Likely three per day if not two. Doesn't matter if you have cancer, really doesn't matter what you have. They don't care. No compassion whatsoever. Expect to take numerous urine analysis tests as well.”

“I had been going there for a year and saw a doctor my first visit. He automatically lowered my pain meds. From that day forward, I never saw another doctor. They would send in a NP and she would listen to your complaints and then go tell the doctor what you said She would come back and lower my meds again. It got so bad that I was having withdrawals but they didn't care. Don't go here unless you want to die. I quit going there and now I've been put on fentnyal from my new doctor”
