“I initially sought treatment from Dynamic Pain and Wellness over a year ago, hoping to alleviate my chronic back pain. Given my history of multiple back surgeries, permanent nerve damage, and severe arthritis throughout my spine and joints, I was eager to find a solution. Unfortunately, I am not a suitable candidate for epidural procedures due to a severe allergic reaction to steroid injections, which was documented by an allergist in Dothan over 15 years ago. This reaction was so severe that it took me over six months to recover, and I was advised to avoid and never take steroids again with the first injection being so severe another could kill me. . Regrettably, my experience with this clinic has been disappointing, as they seem to prioritize profit over patient well-being. I was required to purchase a back brace and underwent two nerve ablation procedures, as well as drug testing n every visit. The first ablation provided some relief, but the second procedure was unsuccessful, and I was left in more pain. Despite my repeated assertions that I could not undergo epidural injections due to my allergy, the staff, particularly Regis, continued to push for these procedures & Regis was down right ugly to me on multiple visits. My primary care physician even provided documentation of my allergy, but this was not sufficient to deter Regis from insisting epidural injections. Furthermore, the clinic's practice of drug testing on every visit (every 3 weeks) resulted in additional expenses, as my insurance did not cover these tests. In light of my experience, I would strongly advise current and prospective patients to exercise caution when considering treatment from Dynamic Pain and Wellness. I wld advise you to RUN NOT WALK ....RUN FROM THIS PLACE! They treat you like a number; bottom line you are a dollar $$ sign to them.”
