Patient Testimonials

The bad reviews are about masks and not getting seen while sick, etc. The providers here are talented and compassionate and they're still willing to treat pain, which is very rare in this anti-opioid-obsessed world. Doctors are being paid money not to prescribe opioids and the govt and DEA are terrorizing physicians who do prescribe them. Despite this, the providers do everything possible to help people live lives full of quality and comfort. Every day that I am able to get up and live a full, active day, I owe gratitude to this clinic.

H Williams

Went Thursday sick. I paid $68.75 was sent to car. No one came. Went back in and he receptionist said can't see me sick. By Monday my money was gone. He jumped up to hit me because I wouldn't give more money. He yelled at me and upset me so I fell and got hurt in waiting room them threw up from nerves coming home. I still had to pay more money to get another appointment. Very unprofessional! Do not give these people cash money! As far as the doctors, great but reception staff are thieves!

My mother was referred here by her doctor and she went to check in with the receptionist not wearing a mask and then patients were seated right against one another in a small waiting room! How is this even a doctors office when no precautions are taken at all? She even asked to wait outside because it was crowded and was told no they were not going out there to get her. She felt is was more of a place to get drugs than a place to get help for your spine!!!! Please don't send your elderly loved ones here! We will be letting her MD know to not refer anyone else here.

Tammy Smith

Dr. Cross listened to me, he didn't make me feel like I wanted medication for any other reason than to have a better quality of life. There are also rules to go by when receiving the medications. Those rules are not hard, but he is very serious about them. No surprises, he lays it all out on your first visit. I really like him.
