What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I had an excellent experience at Dublin Pain Clinic. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions. The office was clean, well-organized, and the wait time was minimal. I truly appreciate the high level of care and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality medical services”

“I was unfortunately referred to Dublin Pain Management by Ohio Health and the Riverside Community Medicine Program. Dublin Pain Management is without a doubt, Certainly, the single worst medical facility I have encountered in my lifetime. I have traveled and lived in third world countries for more than 60 years and have seen field hospitals established under challenging conditions whose standards, staff, cleanliness, and professionalism far exceeded this sad and ersatz excuse of a "Pain Clinic". The long list of atrocious shortcomings leaves one wondering exactly where to begin in describing the failures and abuses heaped upon any and all poor souls this "clinic" is supposed to serve. These unacceptable failures range from the mundane (dirty floors, broken and soiled furniture, inoperable trash containers, littered exterior, broken doors, unsanitary bathrooms often closed due to unperformed repairs) to life-threatening (sham physicals, misplaced records, prescription errors). Patients often wait hours for a 30-second physical examination. The staff regularly insulted one another, swore, (the office manger yelled "f___ you" to another staff member) and seemed to last as employees only weeks. Staffers regularly complained about coworkers to patients when they would not be overheard. The entire staff less one individual was replaced at least once, some as many as four times in a little over one year. The Doctor who is in charge of the clinic I met exactly ZERO times during my treatment! My case typifies the sad state of medical care, and pain management in particular, in our country, state, and community. These terrible circumstances into which patients are cast are mandated by lawyers at medical organizations such as Ohio Health, their subsidiary Riverside Hospital, and their clinic, Community Medicine. In the name of lessening their exposure to legal and medical complications they demand patients suffer indignancies and poor treatment rather than receive the treatment they deserve. Run, yes run, run away as fast as you can from any referral directing you to Dublin Pain Management and any complicit organization such as Ohio Health and Riverside Hospital. Caveat Emptor”

“I love this place!!! The staff is very helpful and accommodating every time I come in. The ladies in the reception area are amazing and the sweetest. Every appointment is always a pleasure they make the wait enjoyable with humor and conversation. Been going here for 4 years!!”

“I have fibromyalgia and mild osteoarthritis. At my appointment in December, Dr. Siddiqui claimed that the fibromyalgia was from my muscles locking up in response to the arthritis pain. I'm certainly not an expert, but that's not what fibromyalgia is based on the reading I have done and the other doctors I've spoken to. He wanted to start me on opiates immediately and was dismissive of my worries about them. His plan was the opiates and twice-annual injections to kill my nerves. He didn't even plan to address the fibromyalgia beyond the above statement. I have since found another provider who is addressing the arthritis AND the fibromyalgia without opiates or injections. I will not be back to Dublin Pain Clinic.”
