“I went to my appointment at Dr. Ma office and experienced nothing but disrespect, rudeness, from his receptionist and was getting smart with me the whole time I was checking in, she even called herself trying to talk about me, and I told her, i can hear you and the so called receptionist said "so i know you can then said "AND", at that point i didn't have time for that mess, so i asked another nurse that was standing there to go and get the office manager, which is Ms Kelley. I spoke with her she didn't do anything, I spoke with Robin and nurse Jennifer Williams Malone, and told them the situation, both said they been getting complaints about that receptionist and no one has did anything about it. The worker stood up as I was checking out, still bothering me and making gestures as if she was intimidating me,I said someone need to come and get her, so the great worker that nea Baptist clinic has, stands there with a pen in her hand and grip it as if she wants to stick me with it, so I said something to her, Robin come and and grab the worker and say Ms King that's enough, so now I'm looking at Robin and saying I have complained to 3 people about her in one visit, no one said a word about what she is doing, but you say something to me, as if I'm bothering her, I'm like ok. I have complained to the administrator office, Alina told her what happened, she was suppose to call to address what happened, and she never responded to me about the situation, and you can't talk to anyone over Alina head, that's in charge over her, now I'm hear to complain because not only the worker still have her job, I was discharged as a patient for saying something to her. And will file a complaint with the joint commission office. I went to the pain management clinic for about 5 years and NEVER had a bad experience until her. One thing I know is, that worker being evil, and everyone upholding her in doing wrong by people, has a price to pay with God, the bloodshed is on their hand just like hers for partaking in the situation...”
