“Dr Dalal and her office should be embarrassed to be practicing pain management. My husband has had 2 visits and both times left in worse shape than when he arrived. Both appointments, Dr Dalal has been 45 mins late and can't be bothered to answer questions or do an exam longer than 5 mins. We have left many messages begging her to refill the prescriptions she prescribed. She doesn't even have enough respect to just approve or deny the pharmacys request. The office is messy and disorganized. It feels as though they just want to rush as many patients through the door as possible and collect co-pays. Please show some respect to your patients and at least return their phone calls.”

“I went to Dr. Twinkal Dalal to seek some exercises to help release pain. She has 0 empathy or compassion. She never even let me tell her what I wanted and just decided that I needed narcotics, which she refused to give me (without me ever asking). She went on to tell me that if I wanted physical therapy, that was my problem. If I wanted surgery, I needed tests and she KNEW my insurance would refuse so there was NOTHING she was going to do. Then, she went on to tell me that even though I am literally going to die any day from brain issues... she would NEVER prescribe anything for pain... Excuse me? First I never asked you for that. 2nd... that's the most INSANE that someone in pain management would even say that, let alone think it. Again, I wanted exercises to help release pain and loosen those areas, but she never even offered to help with that, instead she just repeated that she wouldn't give me pain meds and all of my issues were "my problem"! What the hell... are you really a doctor? All I could think about is how many other people who aren't as outspoken as me will be absolutely destroyed and feel completely hopeless if they ever listen to her. Here's a thought... how about if this supposed doctor learn what it means to actually help someone??????? Just a thought.”
