“I am absolutely giving this a 5 star. Dr. Pennington has the best bedside manner! She is a wonderful doctor and her staff were so kind and welcoming!! I was in a bad car accident a year ago. Destroyed my left hip and the pain is so bad still. She wrote me a prescription for pain meds and made clear all the rules you need to follow in order to keep being able to see her. DO NOT drink or smoke marijuana or you're wasting everyone's time going in because you will be doing drug screening tests. I love it that she made all that crystal clear seeing as I have never been to pain management before the accident so I had no idea how anything worked. I'm putting this in my review because I think, imo, it is helpful information if you are like myself and never needed pain management before. With all that being said, I can't express enough how wonderful the care I'm receiving from her and her staff has been!!! Thank you so much Dr. Pennington and staff!!! I was able to make my son's birthday cake this year because of you! That may seem like a small thing to some but since the accident my quality of life and independence haven't been good but things are looking up now!! Thank you so much I would definitely refer people to her practice and I plan on keeping them as long as they will see me. The staff were also so kind so friendly which really made this whole thing such a good experience. Wonderful job and I appreciate everyone there!!!”

“Absolutely one of the worst specialist I've been told to seen in my life. The staff is so rude. They look at us as if we are the problem when I'm spending my money to be here. Someone named rabbit has a nasty attitude along with Leslie. Rabbit I'm assuming handles the urine samples and I can over hear talking about a patient to another coworker. It was very unprofessional especially since not everyone can help themselves especially at certain ages. Leslie was the one who brought me to the back to see the doctor and she barely smiled or seemed to be care about her job. I'm not sure if the office is short staff but the wait time is ridiculous and there are so many patients at once that you can barely move around in the office. I would never recommend coming here. I've since found a new specialist.”

“I wish I could leave no star First she schedules more than one patient for a time slot then she doesn't listen to what you tell her and then she will be in the room then say oh I have to go get your X ray results and leave the room to only hear her in the next room for another patient then she comes back in and will talk but not look at you then she will say turn your neck from side to side and then lift your arms raise your legs while not even looking at you while doing it then she change my pain patch to pain meds because the pain patch was literally eating my skin but took several visits before changing it then puts me on pain meds to then not refill them until my next visit which was two months away causing me to go into pain medication withdrawal because my brain was use to the help not due to addiction they never answer the phone when you call you have to leave a message it takes three days to return your call they will schedule you an app and you will go into the office to be told your appointment isn't the time on your card that it's later in the day. This is the worst pain doctor I have ever seen she is also rude not just to you but to family members that are with you.”
