“My appointment was on December 22, 2024. He phoned in the pain medication. I called Safeway to see if it was ready. The manufacturer was not sending the product to Safeway. I called Dr. Sandell's office immediately. For over ten days I couldn't reach anyone because the answering service wasn't picking up. I called on the day they reopened and they weren't answering the phone because they were moving. A month later I called the office to let them know I was running 10 minutes late due to traffic. When I arrived they refused to see me. Plus I was told my copayment was $95. when it was $35. I wasn't allowed to talk to billing. By then I had enough! They are lucky to have one receptionist Lacey who knows how to do the job correctly”
