She was told she would have to reschedule because her 5 mins. worth of paperwork wasn't filled out. She has a mass on her brain that makes her forget things frequently. Instead of being understanding and helping her out. They told her to leave and reshedule for over 2 months later. Now, tell me how my grandmother is supposed to go without her medications for 2 months? Ps. Any so called Dr. Who will not help an elderly woman for 5 mins.
