“Not satisfied with the way I was treated the nurse practitioner had been the person I had seen on my 2 visits On my 3rd visit I was seen by Dr Chen and he really didn't seemed to know what was going on talked about some medicine that I was no longer taking. He also claimed that he couldn't prescribe the pain meds I needed because I was taking some other pain meds but they had prescribed both one was just long acting. I just was not impressed with his care or his willingness to listen to my concerns.”
