“I just have to tell everyone how much of a great person Dr.Chang is. He has been dealing with me for almost 2 years and I've had a lot of ups and downs and I can say he truly cares and trying all he can to make it where I am pain free or almost pain free. I can't thank him enough for all he has done and is still doing! UPDATE: I wanted to come back and update my review, I have now been seeing Dr.Chang for almost 10 years, and I can say he is truly the best doctor I have ever seen. He has helped me during the worst times with me dealing with infections, multiple surgeries, and he is always there to help me and give me his advice and helps guide me in the right direction when I don't know what to do. He has fit me into his schedule when he is booked solid, if I'm having a hard time with pain/being sick he has someone call to check up on me. I have never had a doctor care about me like he has and do everything in his power to help me find solutions to get rid of my knee pain. He is always professional, has amazing bed side manners, tells me his honest truth, and he works so hard for his patients. I truly look up to Dr.Chang and owe him for all his help these past 9-10 years as without him I wouldn't be able to do half the things I'm able to do now. If there are any negative reviews about him, don't listen, please listen to me when I say that he truly cares about his patients. People need to be patient as he works with a lot of people, but when he comes into the room, the other people don't matter, it's just you and him figuring out what's the best for your care. Thank you Dr.Chang for everything you've done for me and are still doing for me, I wish I could repay you for all the help but that would take forever Also thank you to his amazing team that has dealt with me as well! “I had my first unpleasant experience today. The office manager called and spoke to me about this and she apologized for the issue that I experienced. I feel like the problem has been resolved. I truly appreciate that the office manager took the time out of her day to address my needs. I travel 1 1/2 hours to get to my appointments. I have been a patient for close to 4 years. I have full confidence in the doctors and PA's that the office employees. I always feel that I am listened to and am able to ask questions about my health.”

If you're going to be in pain, get an appointment to see Dr. Chang so he can help you manage the pain. Dr. Chang has by far helped to make my day to day activities as easy as possible and his staff is 2nd to none!”

“I've been a patient at Nexus since 2008. I've had nothing but top notch service. I was already a patient here when Dr. Chang came aboard. My husband & I both are able to discuss anything with him, he listens, he really has worked with me through the years. Could not ask for a better Pain Mgmt Doctor, group of Doctors, PA's, Nurses, staff at the admissions desk, facility as a whole! I'm a disabled RN. My eyes have been opened to a new world since I became the patient. You won't go wrong here. Dr. Chang will not, however, cross the line for anyone - he follows Federal & State laws. As a big part of that, all patients are monitored closely with random drug screens for compliance with medications. I completely understand & wouldn't have it any other way. No one, nowhere is going to be happy with anything anywhere 100% of the time. If we were, this would be a perfect world.”
