“Edit: updating my review after working with the doctor and her manager. They do really care and want to help, if you aren't getting adequate help from the front desk, there are people in the background that are willing to assist if your case is justified. They spent alot of time with me working through the intracies of my issues and clearing it with insurance. I recently went here for my pain management needs and this office is terrible. They make the process of booking an appointment challenging, send texts with incorrect information, and constantly have long wait times. Ive been trying to get my prescription issue remediated for an extended period of time and the individuals using the chat system they force you through provide minimal help.”

“My wife is a patient at this location for the past year. She's being treated for chronic pain due to multiple years of hernia surgeries,lower back & hip pain. Unfortunately, for the past,approximately, 9 months there has been frequent delays with prior approval for her medications. My wife has been without her medications from 4 to 5 days due to issues with prior approval. The system of communication with the pain clinic is strictly through a messaging system called (Klara) and by leaving voice messages which brings you back to Klara messaging. Sometimes the response from the clinic is within acceptable waiting time and sometimes no one from the clinic responds at all. If the patient has an upcoming injection procedure and your medication is due, the prior approval for picking up your medication will be delayed until the procedure is done. In other words if you're supposed to pick up your medication,for example, on April 1 and your upcoming procedure is on April 5, you will have wait until April 5,after the procedure, in order to get the prior approval for your pills. Therefore, if you run out of medicine on April 1, you will be without meds for days and that is where the problem begins because the patient, as in my wife's case, has no medicine to manage her pain. This creates pain,suffering,stress,worry,frustration, because she can't manage her pain and when she messages the clinic, they don't answer. Another thing is that this clinic prescribes medication every 2/weeks as opposed to every month. I hope this clinic can make corrections soon so that patients can continue to receive ultimate pain management treatment without any interruptions. Update as of 1/2025. There has been improvements with communications via phone from the pain clinic and via Klara. The prior approvals have also improved. I'm not sure what the issues were previously,however,things are running smoothly and my wife who is the patient at this clinic so far is receiving excellent pain management services by Dr. Do our and her PAs. Also, initial contact with front desk secretaries are cordial and customer service oriented.”

“I have had to call and message over ten times on one occasion and visit the practice in person to chase them up because they hadn't sent a prescription that I needed. It was a medication which I can't abruptly stop so it was very dangerous to run out. If you can go anywhere else, do not go here. They are completely negligent and dangerously understaffed.”
