“I have herniated discs in my back and neck , I was referred to this doctor for pain management. I have increasing pain from extended sitting standing or walking, this doctor said I would be forced to be there for three hours my first appointment, I said I could bring a cot to relieve my pain, they refused. Clearly this doctor doesn't care about the needs of their patients. I asked why they couldn't just schedule me for my appointment and take me on time? They said making me wait three hours was intentional. I told them I would make a appointment with a doctor that could take me on time. This is a pain management doctor that clearly doesn't care about their patients suffering. Laying down is the only relief I get and they wouldn't even let me bring a cot to my appointment. My recommendation is find a better doctor than this that actually cares about the needs of their patients.”

“I have been with Dr Zhan since my major accident back in 2018. After several neck and back surgeries,, I was referred by my surgeon to see Dr. Zhan and I'm here to tell you it was by far the best decision I have made pertaining to my injuries and crippling pain. Dr. has definitely been in contact with my surgeon and she has got me away from my walker and at times a wheelchair. I work on an ambulance for over 30 yrs. Dr Zhan is very well knowledgeable and she 100% cares about her patients and the well-being of them. I will never be 100% pain free ,but I no longer have tears in my eyes.
