“I'm Very unhappy & angry!! I saw Dr. Gephardt, 2 years ago 2023 I had 3 ablations done with him, of my lumbar facet joints. I just Now (2 years later) received a $1260.00 bill to pay with Dr. Gephardt from Canyon Ridge Surgery Center. This was triggered when my doctor referred me back to Dr. Gephardt for yet another procedure. I always pay all my bills. It just seems fishy to me! If I had not gone back, I would not have gotten slammed with this bill one day before yet Another procedure. It doesn't make any sense they asked me to provide copies of an old bill, which I don't have since this was two years ago. But now I am being held accountable for. I wish I had never stepped foot in that office. Also...I was never told what this new procedure was going to cost me, (bilateral steroid injections) they just surprise you with it after it's all done and over with. Please be cautious and find out what your financial obligations are upfront & keep All your receipts forever from this place. You never know when they're going to get you! They said there was a glitch in there system and we pay the price for it. I was told, that they have a new billing system, please be aware!!!!”

“I love this man and his entire staff especially Jennifer. I have been dealing with a WC nightmare since I moved from California. I was referred to Dr. Gephardt for pain management post disectomy/fusion I had a little over a year ago. Right away he ordered an MRI and set up an epidural injection for my issue.
