Patient Testimonials

This place is a joke. Not the Dr but his staff. So I guess on that end it's also on the Dr. Had injections, was also given a 1 week prescription to hold-over while waiting for the procedure. Injections didn't take, did a follow-up phone apt scheduled for 8:45am, actual call 3:17pm. Dr said another round of injections needed and another week prescription. His office would call me in 2 days maximum to scheduled. Waited 3, called on the forth, left a message. I called 3 more times over the course of 19 days, with no response. Finally got a call back, but by this time I had a trip that had to be taken coming up in the next 2 weeks that couldn't be postponed or canceled. Scheduled the appointment and asked since I would by flying 6 hours and driving back 12+ hours would the Dr write another prescription for the trip, seeing as I was getting hold overs for a week's time and sitting straight up triggered the pain the most. Keep in mind at this point, I hadn't had any for 2 weeks, was back to feeling how I felt before, but really just needed it for the trip. "You'll have to do a follow-up." OK when? They wanted to do it AFTER my trip. I said is the Dr even aware of how long it took you to schedule me in the first place? No answer. Scheduled both procedure and follow-up. Trip was moved up a week. Now I call to reschedule, no answer. Left message, no reply. This goes on for 4 days. Go to the office, we'll office is closed on Tuesdays, (and weekends.) According to the phone can do walk-ins. Come back Wednesday to see a note that the office will be closed Wednesday and Thursday. I leave Thursday 6am. Call again to ask if the Dr has even been MADE AWARE of my situation and asked. "We'll get back to you." Thus office staff is joke and completely incompetent. I understand seekers and junkies but when you Dr gives you a prognosis and a plan and it's gets interfered with by the staff and you can't even message him, then you need to find a new office.

2 Stars: Great Doctor, Toxic Office Staff I'm giving two stars because I truly love my doctor, but the office staff is extremely toxic. I called the office two or three times, leaving messages for someone to call me back because I was almost out of my medication. When I finally got through, I explained to the person who answered, "No one ever called me to set up an appointment." Her response? "Okay, do you want to schedule an appointment?" What happened to customer service? Aren't doctors providing a service like the rest of us? Sensing that I wasn't going to get anywhere, I asked to speak to the office manager. When she answered, it was obvious they had already shared notes before taking the call--she was defensive from the start. As I calmly tried to explain my situation, she continually spoke over me and raised her voice. When I raised my voice to be heard, she told me to lower mine. That's when I realized I wasn't dealing with someone rational or professional. I never even got the chance to fully express my concerns. I asked to speak to the doctor, and that's how the call ended--no solution and a waste of time. To make matters worse, when I called back to confirm their walk-in hours (which are listed on their answering service), they told me there were no walk-in hours and forced me to schedule an appointment--for a week later. Now I'm out of my medication. I can't believe how I was treated. My primary care physician was shocked and is stepping in to fill my prescription and help me find a new doctor. It's really a shame. He's an amazing doctor, but the office staff's behavior makes it impossible to continue being a patient there. This version keeps your frustration clear while maintaining a professional tone. Let me know if you'd like any changes!

Called 4 times and never got a call back. They called me for an appointment time to review my X-ray, but did have my x-ray?? Haven't had any good experiences so far so I am seeking another referral to another place. Should have looked at the reviews before scheduling

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I was a patient for 10years here because insurance wouldn't let me switch... Sharma is rude and arrogant.. he has never asked how I felt or really even talked to me ... cut my meds down when he first met me , without explanation... and I never felt good after that. Then refused to give me back my old meds , which helped me. I never say "hate", but I hate this man.... He treated me like I was a child and I'm 65 years old. Have not been able to sleep right since he changed the meds.. they were the only ones to help my pain and sleep. Do not go here. The office staff is horrible and you never get an answer when you call. If I could give this no stars he would have gotten it..
