When my pain doctor in Victoria passed away unexpectedly, I did my research and asked to be referred to Dr Potter. It's a decision I have never regretted. When my insurance changed and I had to leave I cried for days. Now that my insurance changed again, I asked to come back and I've been counting down the days until my appointment. I consider his office a safe haven where I can be honest about my pain levels and how it impacts my job as a home health nurse. He is a doctor who listens to you, validates your pain, and works hard to get you the relief you need. His PA Misti Schroeder is excellent as well. She is very thorough in reviewing what is going on with your pain, she too has excellent bedside manner. Office staff and nurses are great too. It's very convenient to have Spinecare right next door to get your treatments done. Staff there are great, nurses there take such good care of you. I have been to several other Pain Management doctors, I always felt that they didn't listen to me as I deal with fibromyalgia also. I felt it was like "oh you have good insurance let's do this and that so we can make more money." Dr. Potter is so very different from the others, and I am so thankful for that!”
