Patient Testimonials

I have been patient of Dr. Feliz for several years and have no problem if anyone chooses to have it verified. Dr. Feliz is a knowledgeable professional anesthesiologist specializing in Pain Management. He sincerely cares about his patients. He loves his work, which shows through his compassion. He does not take any shortcuts in treatment plans and recommendations. I appreciate his upfront truths in letting me know where I stand and what to expect with whatever option I decide to pursue in my care. At least with me, he gives honest facts. There are no surprises. He goes the extra mile to inform and treat his patients. He treated me before and after a major spine operation. Though his office is a bit far for me to use his physical therapy a few times a week, after going to a few local therapists, I started going to his physical therapy department. Within a short time, I was standing straight, walking better, and over all, in a much better place physically then I'd been in decades! His unwavering concern for my total health has provided me a quaility of life I hadn't had in many, many years! Dr. Feliz and his staff are great. He is respected amongst his peers, as well. On a separate note, he is an extremely devoted family man, and has a great love of life. He takes nothing for granted. And keeps an open mind. No one needing pain management for muscular skeletal related problems could be in more capable hands than those of the highly respected, Dr. Roberto Feliz!

I think Dr Feliz is a great doctor. However his office staff is absolutely horrible. I made several calls to make my initial appointment as my wife knows the doctor very well. I received no return phone calls so I had to have my wife reach out personally to the doctor to set up the initial appointment. Once I met with the doctor and I was very pleased with him and he told me I needed an ablation and a plasma injection. I told him I would get back to him in a few days which I did and got his office voicemail again. I left a message on Monday no return call. I left a message on Tuesday no return call. I left a message on Wednesday no return call . I would love to go back to this doctor but I can't help but wonder if I have any issues if I'm not going to be able to get return calls. I have never seen anything like this. It is too bad because the doctor is so good and his office staff is so poor.

Dr. Eddy Feliz is a great Dr. But he is always in a rush and does not spend enough time with you unless you ask him too. The communication is horrendous I can't believe a pain clinic that you get the answer machine all the time and if you do get a receptionist they tell you he'll call you at the end of the day when he's finished but you never get a call and he's on call from self and in five years I called him maybe three or four times and never called back or called back I was later and I ended up in the hospital recently because he didn't call back and he didn't even call back the ER doctor so now I'm at a new pain clinic who tried to call him five times got the answering machine four times and got the reception is once and never heard and I was out of medication and that was not right. It's really sad that he should only have enough patients that he can give enough time to he runs room to room and rushes you just to prescribe the same medication that you're on. He is a good person at heart but the last couple of years it's been different just be on your guard if you go to him . Still to this day I've never heard back from him I called every day for almost a month which is unacceptable I called him because he was uncalled for the Villa arthritic pain I was having asking if I could be on the steroids again which helped but now I find there's a whole different plan and I have more conditions that I didn't know about there's a difference the new doctor I saw went through all my complicated past medical history and knew everything about me let me talk listen to me and it just proves because he called them five times he didn't call him back it's just not professional. I'm not saying that Boston pain clinic in Hyde Park is horrible but the communication needs to be so much better and you need to take time with your patients. Dr. Eddy Feliz did help me with my migraines quite a bit there's more to my orthotic pain then he knew . I can't say that she doesn't care cause he does but the emotional stress that I've been through the last couple months of been horrible

Dr. Roberto Feliz has been my pain management doctor for 3 years now . He has helped me so much. When I was 27 I had a spinal fusion because of a herniated disc I had . I was left in chronic pain my pain was worse after my surgery . For a while year I suffered in pain I spend most of that year in bed because every time I moved my nerve pain would go to a 10 it was Excruciating . No one would help me all the doctors I met told me I was fine. It was extremely depressing to know your in so much pain and know these doctors who get paid to help you won't waste their time . I was desperate , I asked my lawyer what to do I couldn't take it anymore . He told me to call Dr Feliz he would help me . I called made an appointment I got in right away . He has been my life savor and I could never repay him the life he has given me back . I still suffer from pain but it is managed enough that I'm getting my life back. So if you have searched for help and haven't found it you can stop looking because he's the best . People travel from all over just to have him as their doctor that's how good he is .
