Patient Testimonials

My husband just left a review. He really loved going to Dr Biglar until a new employee came on board. I was standing beside him when someone called saying he was being dismissed. A 75 yr old man cold turkey. Thank you. Also they asked about upcoming injections and my husband said "will they cancel those too?" And the person hung up on him. What? A letter said he was "very angry" on the phone. He wasn't angry, he was in shock. Anyone that knows my husband knows he's very laid back and being married over 25 years I'm a pretty good judge of his character. I understand you doing what you need to do but please don't lie and hang up on people when you just ripped their quality of life away.

I was just fired from Dr. Bigler's office saying that I have been taking my pain meds too much. I have been on pain meds for over 13 years due to a broken back. His Nurse Harmony Stein is not a nice person. All she wants to do is get people off of pain meds. She shut me down with no refills. She is on the wrong profession.

Only giving 1 star so I can write review, all this place does is push opiodes, I did everything they asked so I could get off meds and get pain pump or TENS unit, but Dr. Bigler said " I just don't feel you are ready". That was after the fact I had to drive 2 hours to psychologist (which by the way insurance didn't cover so I'm stuck paying $300-$400 out of pocket for), Dr. Bigler stated " let's do injections, the surgical center will waive cost of sedation", this is the 6th time he has canceled injection ( have proof of all canceled injections) with little to no notice. Try to bring up thoughts and concerns about costs of meds, about meds not working and get dismissed. Never feel wanted, heard of validated. I came to them from previous IU pain management( Dr. Llyod office the best, only left for better pain control without opiodes) bc I didn't want to take opiodes, but did it here to move forward, but got me no where then they want to drug test ($90 after insurance),$35 co-pay, then only pharmacy in area that will fill them chargers arm & leg bc they from upon so many opiodes for long term. I am no longer returning so of course they cancel all meds, BUT they shouldn't have canceled the 2 meds that I was on before I came to Bigler's office. So cold turkey should be a great way to end the worst experience, in the worst pain management ever!!!!! UPDATE: Called number below to discuss issues and get no answer typical blah blah blah recording leave name, number, issue your calling about and we will get back with you!! What a joke!!

Dr. Bigler was a physician for my father Steven Burchfield. My father had absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Bigler and if you knew my daddy and all the pain he was in physically due to so many injuries, Parkinsons also dealing with Cancer to find a Dr. That he can crack jokes with and talk to comfortably; that's saying something! My daddy has passed six years ago now and told me then if there were ever a time I needed to see a pain management physician that I should definitely seek out Dr. Bigler. I have tried but to no avail only get an answering service and no returned calls. Regardless, I am thankful my daddy found a physician he truly liked, that could help him in the final months before he passed away. Thank you Dr. Bigler and God Bless you. Tammy Troxel Burch
