“This doctor is not cannabis friendly. Don't go if you test positive for cannabis. I have my card he did not accept I talked to him in great detail before going seeing him and then he piss tested me failed me and release me. Can't trust him This doctor makes you go to three different locations to see him. He's not an honest doctor. It's not worth going to him if I have to go to three different locations. “Do not use this Dr!!! I had a pain injection block procedure done in my in my back. He missed the disc and injected the nerve. The medicine went into my subarachnoidal nerve in my head. I couldn't walk for 2 wks and had numerous other complications. Trouble breathing, high blood pressure, extreme pressure in my head. After having suvh pressure, I couldn't take, I took 6 Advil at once. 30 min later, the pressure was gone, I could walk and my symptoms disappeared exceptt I immediately had a rash all over my body. My neurologist diagnosed my symptoms and said I had an allergic reactkon to the local anesthetic used but it was trapped in my subarachnoidal nerve with the other medicine. When the ER Dr Called Dr. Collins he accused me of being CRAZY.”
