Most have been quite knowledgable and empathetic to my needs. I would have given 5 stars but the office doesn't respond to messages timely and some staff members were a dismissive. “This place just keeps on changing.. never responds to the MESSAGE MACHINE . Says they will call in meds for my 81 yr old mother that has been vomiting and diarrhea for last two days. Well not the first time this has happened. Last I checked Md behind your name meant Medical Doc CpA Certified physician assistant Why cant you help the people that call in because of a MISTAKE YOU have made.. thats ok.. anything happens to my mother.. all this stuff has been documented.. names 'dates length of messages. Both starting with office girls.. to good old message machine. 81 yr old just doesn't call in for no reason. Wake up''' bcuz I about ready to get an attorney for this lack of help.”
