“Let me start with this is such an amazing amazing Doctor unfortunately due to my health insurance, I'm unable to see him, but I will be changing my insurance soon because he is that amazing the injections that he has given me have worked for me and been so helpful he pays attention. He listens to his patients. He does his job professionally and I give him beyond five stars. The staff is not so bad I like them. Everybody has their good days and bad days but overall I give them two thumbs up but as for Doctor Reed Levine he is definitely a doctor you want to see he knows exactly what he's doing and I trust him 1000% so if you're seeing a pain management doctor that's making you feel uncomfortable or not doing the right job come see this doctor and I promise you, you will not be disappointed.”

“This office is a joke when it comes to patient care. The office clerks that are not medical assistants you can definitely tell they have maybe basic GED education by the language they use when answering your questions. When you call the office it's always done randomly call center who has no idea of what's urgent or not or how to access reports before your appointment. If you are trying to get an actual MD have to wait almost 4 to 6 months if your lucky the actual MD will be available for that appointment. As for Dr. Levine unfortunately people have said he is a good doctor but he's just a common person with no care for a patients needs he's pulled into to many offices for his general practice that money over patient care is starting to show. So your stuck with a Nurse Practitioner who's is unaware of her limits on treating patients so be aware of that it can be dangerous for pain management if she's not aware of medication interactions and side effects she will make your situation worse. If my insurance company would cancel their contract it would be the best thing for patients in California.”
