We called early in the morning on the day of our appointment. We received two texts with different times for our appointment. I wanted to ensure I arrived on time, so I called to ask about the appointment time. I left a message at 8 a.m.; my appointment was at 2:15. I never received a callback. The desk clerk was very rude when I asked about it in the office. We saw the Doctor, and he was very friendly and thorough. The procedure is set for the next week. We will update after the procedure is done.”

“Unbelievably RUDE front desk gal! Franiak is good as a doc, but the front office gal is rude and lazy! My husband has been trying to get a pre-authorization for a very important pain med & we were just told that she doesn't have time to do them. So, she goes through some fly-by-night specialty pharmacy that doesn't need pre-auths. And, it's no wonder they don't need pre-auths, they're a scam!!! Check out Sterling Pharmacy ... they take patient money & don't send the drug or send a fake drug! I hope this gal NEVER has a loved one in pain & is forced to deal with someone like herself! She needs to work somewhere where she doesn't have to care about people!! Doesn't matter anyway, Franiak's closing his private practice due to inept office staff!!”

“EXTREMELY disappointed with whomever is responsible for returning messages. My mother had a procedure and had complications with the antibiotic but could not get through to the office at all during regular business hours. Several messages were left throughout the day with concerns about her reaction and need for a different prescription called in before too much time got away since she was told it was very important to take. Does anyone check the messages?”

“I haven't seen Dr Franika for the last 2 yrs, I just think the world of him and his wife Melissa. He's the most tender pain doc I've ever been to. I was having epidurals and other docs hurt me doing them. I did have the stimulator surgery and it helped b4 the surgery but not after it was implanted. They controll ur life always charging them, usually daily and it took about 2 hrs. Having MRIs was very scary they have to b fully charged, and it did heat up. I had it removed I wanted it and the wires removed, That was the most painful surgery and I've had many surgeries I was IU in Carmel spine center, I hate that place, and Dr Smucker, that was 3 yrs ago and my right leg still doesn't have feeling, it's cold all the time, and now I have major neuropathy in both feet and legs. I fall, I broke 2 toes and never even felt pain. Every nite I bathe my right foot n ICY HOT because u have severe feet and leg cramps. I never know I have icy hot. on. I was told my feeling would come back In 6 months then 12 months then 18 months, I have to hold onto somewhere, driving is very hard because it's my right leg, I lost the job I loved. SO THINK VERY LING AND HARD B4 U GET A STIMULATOR...”
