Depending upon what is wrong with your back. Shots, metal spacers, stem cell treatment there's so much out there now they can do. I have a pain pump. I was on around 850 equivalent oral pain med per day and now I don't take any oral medication except for motrin. My pain was so bad I couldn't get out of bed. Dr Justiz in okc and Norman are great to deal with. I have been using pain Drs for 26 years and no one had been able to pin point the problems. I suffer from migraine also and doing shots every 2 mo. Give them a call I really like them.
