“Terrible experience! I was treated by Dr. Rae R. Aranas for pain management, and it was absolutely awful. The office staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely uninterested in helping patients. They have no empathy or courtesy -- honestly, they belong somewhere else, maybe in the army, not in a medical office. The doctor himself showed no real interest in my condition, made mistakes in my paperwork, and later refused to continue my treatment. They even messed up my insurance information and entered the wrong insurance provider! This place is a disaster -- totally unprofessional, disorganized, and careless. I do NOT recommend this office to anyone. Zero stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs!”
