“Dr Irvin started with a new group The Center for Pain back in January of 2024. Once he got all his existing pain patients into this new group he up and quit/retired with no warning as of 4-15-24. So unless he's started up a new practice I have not heard as of yet. If you're in this new pain group you know your pain meds have been automatically cut back. This is very frustrating and deceitful in my opinion. But good luck finding anywhere else to go who will prescribe you any opiate pain meds as they are being phased out.”
