Waking up to nerve pain+ through my entire body (5+ types pain)--every crook and cranny, all hours of the night...disrupting very crucial sleep time. More often & intensity and pain levels going up, up, up. My SON, avoids hearing about it because it BREAKS HIS HEART that health care in 2025 hasn't done more to help when there are many noninvasive surgical and AI surgical options at Paradigm that would correct damages from falls and accidents plus fix my dizziness and gait. I am omw to permanent bed bound shortly. Passenger riding in an auto with very soft pillows to support an hour drive with my caregiver. Imaging says not much change...following 3 major severe falls and accidents. Sterling imaging is a 1.5T imaging machine. The most powerful in the U.S. is an 11T!! Ochnser BSL is a 1.5T and reads like a 1.5T. Note: according to radiologists. I haven't the energy or care to put the disc in for myself. But, I know someone who will. I pay over $600 per month for TWO INSURANCES. GET BUSY USING THEM PRODUCTIVELY!! UPDATE: I tried testing the three epidural injections received mentioned below (would they hold up to mild labor?), by doing a simple contribution, for our local move, in South MS. The task I assigned myself was to drive the moving company truck, and then drive my SUV to the new home. **MAJOR EPIC FAILURE FROM THE WAIST DOWN. I normally use cruise on any 4-lane highways to save leg pain. However, no cruise on moving truck. The 3 injections failed due to 2 simple tasks in one day. I'm now below ground zero with the most awful pain in my 5.5 decades. I've taken a step back to rest a bit. And, had conflicting appts with follow up here and the referral to neuropathy discovered at the last moment. Neurology didn't text a good appt date (no call to me and I suppose didn't know my follow-up same day). **So, I decided to cancel both so I could analyze why my body is throwing massive fireworks into and out of major injury sites. Upon many quiet moments since our move, the pain, problems/reasons and intensity have been played on my heart, one extreme of numerous blowouts explained are now in my mind. I am speechless with Chronic-Complex Regional Pain Disorder (C-CRPD) Chronic-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), chronic anxiety, and chronic depression ramped up, due to, expressing my concerns to a couple of shady medical centers and being blown like the wind. And then, no follow-up check on the fracture. And, now that one area has turned into a 3 point disaster on each side of my lower body plus many other spinal and peripheral joints and discs. The destruction has me, in a state, of a near crippled body - person. Trying to shove back the tears is a daunting task at this point. The daily pains, since prior to 2015, cease to stop due to horrid pains head to toes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Despite using older imaging, for treatment decisions, Dr. Tran tried to strategically bandaid a road map to trace my nerve roots, joints, and disc damages of three major areas of my lower body via three epidural steroid injections. I was getting some relief. But my routine, meds and rest, remained the same except able to stand a little longer and walk a little further. But, not for long. My band-aid wore off about a week after the last injection. It was nearly like reminiscing, with my old self, for a very short time. I've been through Hurricane Katrina within me, since 2015, on books. However, pretty much my whole life. Dr. Tran is one, of very very few specialists, to actually review and study the thousands of dollars sunk into MRIs taken, of me, in over 5.5 decades. So called doctors said everything is minor but that's because their antiquated dinosaur MRI magnetic systems are weak. Yes, there are MRI machines with enormous magnets for superb images. You're not likely to find them in the south though. Thank you Dr. Tran for listening, caring with empathy, and keeping your promise for procedure comfort. You are extremely much more than Bienville's Specialist and Pain Management physicians.

I've seen Dr Tran several times and one procedure since March 2025. I thought Dr Tran was nice, knowledgeable and caring. However, I found out personally today before my procedure, at Sterling Hospital, that he has a temper. He gets upset if you question him on anything and it bruises his huge ego and he turns very ugly. I didn't feel safe with him raising his voice to me numerous times so soon as he left my pre-op area I canceled my procedure , had the nurse remove my IV (which she messed up anyway) and I left, never to deal with this two faced doctor again. He was extremely unprofessional and cruel to this 60 year old in bad health.

Dr Tran and his nurse Hannah are fabulous. He took the time to explain to me exactly what my problem was and formulated a care plan for me. Hannah has always been great about returning phone calls and the office complex at both Slidell and in the Bay are very nice. I was happy with my treatment.

I've never had a Dr who I comport as if he is my best friend. Unlike every physician I've known. Dr Tran does not live every minute possessed for the reward of money but rather for the good that he can do. I have a very keen sense of judging goodness , and not so good quality's in people. I am convinced that Dr Tran is quintessentially Goodness at his core. That despite the relief he has given me.
