“I am a Current patient with Dr. Gupta and am now displaced due to hurricane Ida. With No way of reaching him nor a return call from numerous messages. Now the VM is full. No nite service answering service. No nothing. Secondly All he really cares about doing is sticking you with needles everywhere there is pain never wants to talk abt how the pain medication is not helping. Tells me don't talk or mention the medication like he's afraid of being recorded or smth. Just says well I'll inject a lot more in that area. Not to mention it's causing me to gain weight. When I asked to not be injected he told me he can't give pain medication without being injected. And the fact that you hv to pay Cash for your urine test. Blows my mind. Why can't my insurance cover the urine test? I'm really disappointed and feeling like he doesn't care abt his patience and what they have to say. In fact when I first came there I didn't have any nerve pain in my legs only pain in my mid and lower back. but from the first time he gave me shots in my back I start having nerve pain now in both legs and now my Knees now at age 40 I fall sometimes while walking and exercising.”

“The lady Theresa that works at his office is very rude and doesn't obviously like her job. I've asked question and sent things about my insurance that she doesn't know too much about and did not file my insurance. She is very rude when you speak to her all the time. I hate having to call bc I don't want to talk to her. She will probably be the reason I go somewhere else. Dr. Gupta needs to really find someone that is more polite to answer the phones.”

“no nonsense place. he kept up as he should on my liver functions (only one other doctor did that ever). Theresa is super nice no matter how rude patients get,but she will tell you what you need to hear not what you want too. as far as the meds go he wants you to get healthy and no fault can be found there. if he feels you are only there to get meds to run and sell or get a fix he will boot your butt out on the street. sad thing is most will never know his nice side since all they want is pills. my daughter even likes him and she watches the shots every month he hits me with and she does not like people who hurt me or give shots period,but she is more welcome than me lol!”
