“Dr is awesome as well as his physcians assistant however staff is incompetent. How do you not onow how to do your billing and coding properly. The last 4mths has been hell for my husband since the staff is lacking common knowledge on how to do their job. And even when we have been polite and called insurances and tried to help them help themselves we have had attitude. After the headache for the last 4mths sadly my husband has to get a refferal to see another doctor wich will be another 3 months out. If you are willing to pay cash then by all means go see him he is great and i would recommend him to just about anyone i know just be prepared for your iq to drop should you have to dumb things down for his staff or try to get them to do their job.”
