“Don't waste your time and money on the BioTe pellet process they offer. They fail to tell you until you're there that there are restrictions if you've had breast cancer and then give you false information in order to get you to pay for the full spectrum of pellets you've been promised. Then when you complain, write letters and make phone calls, no one returns your call. I don't know anything about Dr. Cronin - never met him or talked to him even though his assistant was supposed to talk to him and call me back. Waste of money and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
