“My mom was going to Dr Matthew Bennett for her pain. On March mom was in car wreck broke her left leg and knee left wrist. She was in rehab until my baby brother died and I just cldn't leave my mother at rehab after 2 months with no family member not being able to stay with her I just cldn't leave her there. So I brought her home. She still isn't able to walk on the left leg, but she didn't have pain meds to last more than a week. I called Mom pain mgt..Dr Matthew Bennett and try to explain our delima but they need to see her. Dr Matthew Bennett is her paint mgt. Even though I explained I wld have to drag her in my back car seat that seem not to matter. Ever her primary said he wld need to see her. So I drag her into the back seat of the car and drove her to pain mgt. They said that only do ambletory so no pain meds from them took her to Dr Robert Whitmore her primary I got the same stupid excuse from them. We haven't see her in 4 months. Now he cld have seen her bc after all she is in the hospital where he services, but chose not to go see her there either. So after all the dragging my mom in my back seat I got to bring her back home still no pain meds had to drag her back out of my back seat of my car to get her in the house. I can not believe mom has being seeing these Dr matther Bennett pain mgt and Dr whitmore her primary still wld not write mom enough pain pill for 3 days untill she see her surgens. I am so beside myself bc they didn't care how much mom was in pain just to help her. These Dr are in it more for the money and not the care of their patience. Shame on them even though I took her so they cld see her still didn't matter. They wldn't write her a pain script. I have called her surgon 4 or 5 times and haven't had a call back from his office. The sad thing is my 85 yr old mother is the one suffering. I am so getting her a whole new set of doctors. Maybe they'll care about her well being. I so want to scream at this point.”
