“I really liked Dr. Lopez and his wife, who helps out front. This is why they got 3 stars. They are both very personable and down to earth. However, I never got the opportunity to see if he could manage my pain. His administrative person was the worst! She was very inept when scheduling my original appointment (actually asked me if my name was "legal") and somewhat rude when I showed up for the appointment. Dr. Lopez told her to schedule me for a shot. She told me she would give me a call after contacting my insurance. That was 5 weeks ago and I have not heard back. I just have minor lower back and sciatica pain and would expect them to schedule more serious cases first. However, I have given them plenty of time to notify me. I do not feel comfortable going to a doctor, no matter how good he is, whose administration is less than professional.”
