“I have had chronic pain so far now for 5 years and I am 25. Dr. Neiderwanger told me he doesn't do trigger point injections but the website on Optim states he treats from a multi dydactic approach or meaning he tries to treat from many angles. But he immediately told me no and said he doesn't. Which is odd for a pain management clinic. Maybe he doesn't feel confident. He then only wanted to throw meds at me which at the time I was very sensitive to medications in the beginning of my condition. He recommended cymbalta which I am now taking but it does not cure the pain nor the trigger points that I have. Not sure what he useful for if he cannot do basic trigger point injection. I also asked about getting nerve ablation therapy and stopped me in my tracks and said no so I guess I will never know.... ;(”
