Patient Testimonials

Love this doctor and this facility. However, if you come in with a concern, Beth behind the counter will visibly be perturbed. Her response to my statement "one of my medications is giving me a side effect" her response will be, "why didn't you tell the doctor when you was her" when I came back to get her name, she was complaining about paper towels. Idk what to do.

Good Citizen

He changed my diagnosis from chronic pain (CRPS) to a simple back ache. I asked him if he had any experience with my disease, but since he changed the reason why i was his patient told me he did know anything about it. The symptoms of the disease is that the pain travels from the injured are to either to the opposite extremity or spreads to the whole side of the body of the injury. When I got my file there was a post it note that read "set patient up for an MRI", then underlined "Don't Tell Patient"!

Dr Mark Sacher is seriously the most caring doctor I've ever been to! I've been seeing him for over 4 years now and he always listens to you, offers solutions, gives advice, and meets all of your healthcare needs. He was an anesthesiologist so he is very smart on a lot of problems with your body and pain. He always treats you with respect and sincerely wants to help you. Albert is awesome as well and the staff...second to none! I am always greeted with a smile when I come in and a smile when I leave. Edit: Unfortunately, there are some rude staff. Wow!! Communication would have been appreciated and nasty voicemails are not necessary. . Dr Sacher is a good doctor and that is the only reason I am staying with the practice. And if you go to the emergency room, they certainly will not help you get to the bottom of your pain that you've been experiencing for years, for the record. (To the nasty lady in back)

I've seen negative reviews and In my experience I have not found any to be true. So if your looking for an awesome caring doctor and his team to go to this is the one. Beth with insurance never will fail you she is non stop busy but will always go above and beyond to help you. Everyone is very busy in that office, but they will tend to you accordingly.
