“My primary care doctor asked me to get an appointment with DR. Meyer for my chronic nerve pain. I have called them three different times and they take my data and always say they will call me back but don't. I finally saw a form on their web sight to ask for an appointment and sent it in. It has been a week and no response. This is not very professional for a doctor to do this . I am 91 and never had a doctor do this before. I don't expect them to call after all this time spent trying to get an appointment.”

“I can't describe how wonderful it is to be seen and heard by your physician, especially a pain specialist. Dr Meyer and his PA David have always taken their time with me and shown great compassion and care. Dr Meyer is helpful in trying to find just what's right for my pain management needs. I never mind having to wait a bit because I know he is giving the same great care to all his patients as he does me. His office staff are friendly and kind and have done their best to get me in when needed. It's obvious they are happy working in this office and with their doctors.”

“Dr Meyers made great first impression. Then complete lack of care afterwards. My mother was experiencing incapacitating back spasms for 6 days and office did not respond to calls (actually pleas for help). I don't actually know if Dr Meyer ever received the messages we left. Contacted office manager who made excuses and was condescending. ZERO compassion or care. My mom's very compassionate orthopedic surgeon & PCP are not equipped to manage her pain any longer. The ER tried and failed to help her. Feels like the priority at this practice is on doing procedures and not in helping an elderly patient in desperate pain. We were so hopeful but let down. I suggest Dr Meyer and staff review his Philosophy of Care that is posted on their site.”
