“I've been seeing Dr. Ferrell for many years. She literally saved me from a shaddy doctor. The doctor she filled in for required that you get injections if you wanted pain meds. Didn't matter if they helped you or not. He wouldn't listen when I told him the injections cause more pain because I have fibro. He had long waits & a rude staff. I sat in his office one time for 6 hours because I upset his staff when I asked how much longer the wait would be. After 2 years, Dr. Ferrell covered his patients one day & that was the day she saw me. She was my blessing. She reviewed my chart & told me injections don't help when you have fibro. I told her I've been saying that & they ignore me. I became a patient of Ferrell's that day. Later, that other doctor was arrested & lost his license for using pain pills to get things he wanted from patients. Dr. Ferrell has helped me so much over the years & I'm truly grateful.
