Kyle Silva, DO is a triple-board certified physician in Pain Management, Lifestyle Medicine, and PM&R. He takes a holistic approach to patient care that focuses on treating the "whole person," to meet their individual needs. In addition to providing the full spectrum of conventional pain management options, he works to educate patients about the importance of lifestyle changes and non-traditional options for pain management. Dr. Silva completed his training at Montefiore Medical Center. He later served as Assistant Clinical Professor at Brown University's Warren Alpert Medical School before transitioning to the Pain Management Center of Winchester Hospital.

In my case however I found the preliminary injections of the first visit quite difficult to endure, and the next day I was in significantly worth shape than previously. I'm not a professional medical person only as a patient, but I believe that my difficulty with Dr Silva's procedure is due to primary spasms of the lower back muscles despite daily stretching, pt, and yoga motions.
