“I was very disappointed I feel like the doctor didn't connect with me very well I was trying to explain things to him and he didn't seem very interested for me explained somethings to him how I feel about how feel what going on with me some of stuff he said oh okay. Understanding what he was saying. But I was very disappointed I couldn't connect to him and I couldn't tell my feelings my feeling very well or how I felt or what I was going through that didn't help me at all so it kind of got me upset so I was disappointed it didn't work out. And the videos he sent me that's not going to exercise for me being on the floor but I'll do my swimming and stretching and all my exercises that I'd like to do but I won't do that at all. Not easy talk too. He needs to learn to be more open to his patients and what different every patients out wants wants. What best for them. I feel like for the most part that appointment was not worth my time only a few minutes was time worthy my time. My appointment was at 8:15 and he didn't come back to like 8:45. I think he just needs to understand that most of his patients see him because they have been having chronic and severe pains and also after they have exhausted other options. I really appreciate how he made sure I understood the proposed treatment. It's sensitive ... just be empathetic and scientific at the same time and don't jump into conclusion about the patient's personality when the treatment doesn't work.”
