Patient Testimonials
“When I first started seeing Dr. Prasad last year, everyone was so nice and compassionate, and Chris & Ashley are still the amazing people that they were when I first started there but unfortunately they have had to endure a turnover there and have hired some new people. 1, being the new "office manager" Eli, that has obviously let his "title" go to his head because he is very rude and demeaning, and he talks down to you, as if he is better than you and has no compassion what so ever and honestly has no business being in the medical field. I called 2 weeks before having surgery on my arm to have a letter sent to my surgeon so that he could prescribe something stronger because they were doing an osteotomy to shorten my ulnar bone and placing a metal plate in to hold the bone together, which is very painful. I called several times and spoke to Eli, when I could get someone to answer. He promised every time that he would take care of it. I called the day before my surgery and still yet, nothing had been sent over but was promised yet again that he would take care of it. Thursday morning rolls around & I'm getting ready to go back for surgery & something told me to call and see if Eli had sent the letter over, so l called my surgeons office and they still had not received it. So I called and spoke to Eli once again and he said he apologized but he had been thrown into chaos and was doing his best, I told him that I understood but I had to have that in order for the surgeon to give me anything. Luckily my surgeon gave me enough for the weekend but I called back first thing Monday morning and spoke to Eli again and now he's going to tell me that the surgeons office needs to call him!?!? Ok & why couldn't he tell me this 2 weeks ago!? I'm not sure what he told Dr. Prasad that I was calling for but I can only assume that he told him I was calling to get drugs and that's far from the truth. I know what I'm given and I've had no issues thus far with my med count ever but I know that he didn't bother to tell the doctor the truth. So I had to go in to be seen today to find out that I now just have to deal with the pain and when I said, how in the heck does he expect me to rest, Eli says really loud, "you don't have to cuss at me!" Ok, so I might slip with a bad word ever so often when I smash a finger or toe but heck is not usually the word that comes out of my mouth. And not only that, but when I was in the office, Ashley asked me what they had to do to my bone, I was explaining it to her and he "Eli" had the audacity to tell me he knew what I was talking about, the doctor reset his broken bone without giving him anything, like his was way worse pain than having your ulnar bone cut into and a metal plate being put in!? Well, I'm sure it would hurt to reset a broken bone but l've never heard of anyone having to have that done without any meds. There must have been a reason, if that happened at all. Dr. Prasad has been a really good doctor and I've never given him a reason to be upset with me or see me as being a pest by calling several times but I will not be going back simply because if the doctor believes Eli's lies now, it will probably only get worse. It really looks like Dr. Prasad could have figured out that I've been going there for a long time now and I've never had an issue with anyone there and it just started now with this so called office manager. I hope that Dr. Prasad will soon see that Eli is out to make him look bad with his terrible excuses for not doing his own job. He will only be able to blame Dr. Prasad and the office issues for so long and eventually it will come back on him. I hate that I have really liked everyone there until now and because of that 1 bad apple, he's ruined the way that I see that office now altogether. It's really very sad. My son-in-law is an orthopedic surgeon that I've recommended them to him & his colleagues for their patients but I will not recommend them any longer nor will I refer anyone else to them simply bc of their new office manager. “Oh my goodness!! I'm so thankful for a member at my church for recommending Dr. P and his amazing team to me. I went to him in major pain but as of today I can truly tell a difference after my 1st procedure. He's a great listener and go above and beyond to help you. I appreciate you Dr.P!”

“Dr. Prasad and his staff are very profesional. This isn't the typical office visit where you sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes and then in the examination room for another 30 just to see the doctor for two minutes. Dr. P listened to what I said, asked me questions, examined my back and showed me on a chart his diagnosis. If you want real help, Dr. P and his staff are the way to go. You will not be disappointed.”
