I had an appointment to get my medicine, and they called me and said they had a cancellation and I couldn't make it so they refused to give you my medicine because I couldn't make the cancellation appointment. I would not even recommend this place to my dog. Poor management and stafd. Do not I repeat do not go here”

“Been coming to Dr barbour for months now due to a back injury, and he's the only one out of many tests and doctors I'd gone to who actually helped me. I'm so glad he prefers to actually fix problems rather than medicating. However, because I've been to so many doctors, I have just that many plus my daughters doctors who all have their hands out for payment. Which I balance them all out and pay each a bit each month since I don't have any credit cards to just pay them off. When I first started coming here and making payments there was an incredibly sweet front desk woman named Cindy who was amazing and polite and so helpful. But I haven't seen her in months and the woman who's at the front desk now is extremely rude to me. She refuses to listen to me when I try telling her that I cannot afford over $100 just to them monthly when I'm literally getting only 14 to 16 hours a week at work, part time! I also have a car and groceries to balance with my measly income. I shouldn't have to re-explain myself every time to this woman. I understand doctors need to be paid for services done, but I very directly asked at the beginning of the year if I would be on a time limitation for paying off my balance or if I could just do what I could each month as long as I was paying and I was told there's no limit. Now I've had to literally argue with this woman multiple times as she tried to refuse to allow me to make a $20 or $25 payment. This woman really needs a retraining course in being understanding!! Other than this one particular woman (who I don't know her name cos she slurs it every time) the rest of the staff is amazing!”

“Doctors and staff are top notch. I've seen many doctors over the years for my pain. This is the only place I've ever felt like they cared about my discomfort. Never feel rushed. The most polite staff. They are up-to-date with all of today's new medical treatments. I've never felt so important with any of my past experiences with any doctor/clinic. Very pleased.
