“Dr. Sole did not provide satisfactory treatment. He was not easy to talk to. He talked over me and in an intimidating way. He did not take time to talk to me about my concerns or listen to me as to what's going on and why I was seeing him. He was not concerned about my receiving proper healthcare. Dr. Sole was always rushed during appointment. Dr. Sole made presumptions about me without talking to me about what is going on. Dr. Sole and his office staff are not friendly and rude. Dr. Sole was very impatient and seeing him was a Jekyll and Hyde type experience. Treated me so bad at last appointment I left in tears. I had trouble with him and his office in scheduling of appointments and procedures that caused stress.”
