“If you have a legitimate problem and must miss an appointment, a two-day notice is not adequate. Even if he forgives the $25 penalty fee, your next appointment will not be to discuss your medical condition. Rather you will wait an extended period before the doctor appears, then he will only be interested in an inquisition regarding why you missed the appointment! (He will have his nurse present so that he can show her how effectively he deals with patients who do not keep a scheduled appointment!) Today, he will get paid for this appointment, without even addressing your medical condition! It is all about his reprimand! Dr Allen showed his true colors today!”

“Dr Allen himself very rude. No bed side manner. Does not explain throughly on procedure, does not return phone calls when messages are left about an allergic reaction from procedure. Waits until 415 to call in your prescription knowing there is shortages on the prescribed medication so when you call to let the office know, no answer because office closes at 430! You have to call pharmacies yourself to see if they have what is prescribed to you!! You go days and now currently 2 wks still waiting on Dr to send to a new pharmacy!! If it could be a 0 it would be”

“This place is not about care. All it's about is money. This doctor gets upset when you won't do his shots that don't work. I think it's really sad as bad is inflation is right now they are taking advantage of us that are in pain. You took an oath to do no harm, well actually you are harming us. I can't wait till this gets over turned and all you selfish doctors have to reimburse us. I'm already taken this to our Governor. It's shameful how awful our medical field is now. I used to miss it a lot, taken from me bc of a surgeon but now I am embarrassed.”
