All of the staff that you encounter for your appointment is very professional and polite but the ladies running the front desk who schedule your next appointment are not so friendly. If you can deal with the 5 minutes of rudeness from the Karen's scheduling your next appointment, you've got 3/4 of what you accomplished with your appointment won!”
