What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“This doctor has no idea what he is doing. I went to see him today and he said that there is no valid reason why I should get gabapentin for my nerve pain in my spine. I even have a torn disc in my spine and he said there is nothing he can really do about it. This doctor is not even close to being an expert in his field. Absolutely terrible doctor.”

“First, I want to say that the nurses were incredible and extremely kind. My mom has suffered from undiagnosed pain for 11 years now and was sent by her neurologist to see Dr. Dooley. When we arrived, all of the nurses smiled and were really sweet to both of us. The nurse that my mom spoke to before the Dr. came in was attentive, interested and listened patiently while my mom went through her plethora of symptoms. When Dooley came in, he was not interested in hearing my mom out and interrupted her multiple times to say "I don't need to know that." He visibly and audibly seemed annoyed that her neurologist even sent her to him. After doing some tests, he told us that he didn't know what was wrong and suggested some core exercises. In hopes that he would have connections that could help my mom, I asked "Are there any other doctors you would recommend?" That seemed to make him mad and he told us "You will never find an answer to this." He talked down to both of us and was extremely insensitive. The last thing my mom needed was to be told that she would never find answers to her suffering. Needless to say, we will never make another appointment there. I am writing this review because my mom is too kind of a person to speak badly of anyone. I just hope this can help people (especially women) who are considering this doctor to be aware of what he is like before they spend their money to see him. The star is for the nurses, I wish Dooley had been as nice as them.”

“Dr. Dooley and the staff members at this office are wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and skilled and was able to perform an injection procedure that many other doctors did not have the experience to perform in my specific situation. He is responsive and accommodating to my concerns and questions. I'm also especially impressed by the office staff members. When I call or use the patient portal, they get back to me right away and are so very kind and professional. My pain situation is ongoing, complicated and frustrating so I have had experiences at several clinics and hospitals throughout the process; it's refreshing to work with the team at Dr. Dooley's clinic where I feel I am treated with kindness, respect and genuine care.”

“When I picked up my mother from her doctor appt. She sat in the car bawling her eyes out because this rude inconsiderate Dr. Accused her of being high. Told her she needed to lose weight which she doesn't disagree with but if he took a second to look at her chart he would have realized she has lost 75lbs. Vocally announced that her and his other patients who had a different Dr were left to be his problem now. When my mother apologized to him for being "his problem". He said "well that's not going to do me any good, cause you're still my problem!" Being a doctor you should have some type of empathy and not be emotionally abusing your patients. Shame on you for making people feel like dirt.”
