“I have known Dr Grewal for many years and have come under his care @7 years ago. He listens, he cares and he doesn't judge. He has suggested therapies for me and provided exercises to aid me and I have listened. It's as if he is walking beside me through this pain journey and for that I am grateful. He and I are working on a way to get my pain under control and for me to get my life back. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond even when they are extremely busy. I recommend him all the time to people who have chronic pain.”

“I've been a patient of Dr. Grewal since he was at Elkhart General. I moved with him to Nappanee St and now to Beardsley. I guess 20 years or more. His staff is helpful and even when really busy they're always kind. We all have bad days. Only issue I have is I have so many Dr.s and test that sometimes I can't afford everything. Not his or his staffs fault. I see 5 specialist and I know they're trying to help me but it's a struggle paying. I've referred so many people to call his office. They answer the phone and if you have to leave a message for the nurse she usually get right back to you. The last few months the pharmacy has been my issue. Not having my medicine in stock . Usually a quick visit but make a list if you got questions he'll take the time to answer them.”

“I'm only giving one star because I cannot give a lower rating. All of my issues have more to do with his rude, unprofessional and insulting staff. From the first time I went there I was treated with little concern and contempt. I'm not sure if this is just the way I look or because of my age group. I don't understand the discrimination or the mistreatment. They treated me as if I was an inconvenience at every turn. Dr. Grewal seemed courteous. There seemed to be a level ofiscommunivation between the doctor and his staff. They tried to bill me for not showing for appointments when I had trouble with communication because I didn't have a phone and once because I was in the hospital being admitted into the emergency room and I called them to tell them that I would not be able to make my appointment but that did not get conveyed or written down or whatever they have to do with such information. In another instance he told me that he was going to do some injections in my back and it would raise my blood sugar. I told him that I wanted to confirm with my doctor first before I committed to this. They made the appointment and my appointment with my doctor was after the appointment for the injections so again I was accused of missing an appointment when the doctor knew exactly that I was not going to make the appointment. This again was not conveyed properly. Reva is in particular an extremely unhappy and unpleasant creature to deal with and is in charge of scheduling. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who wants to be treated with decency.”
